Music I have been playing music ever since I played around on our piano during elementary school. Half-way through elementary school I started taking piano lessons. But those lessons stopped when I got to middle school and started to play the saxophone. From then on I've taken saxophone lessons, and have always played in the school band (and high school marching band). I can still play a little piano, though... the three songs I have memorized are Fur Elise, The Entertainer, and Jesu Joy of Man's Desire. But I only know the recognizable parts of each... for some reason I never go beyond that point and learn the entire song. =) I'm still trying to figure out if I want to pursue music as a career. I would want to perform it, and not teach it... I don't consider myself a teacher. All I know is that it needs to be a part of my life... just how big a part, I don't know. I also love listening to music. And I like pretty much any type of music (and that includes country and opera)... except the really heavy metal, goth-like stuff. If it sounds good, I'll like it, and I won't care what genre of music it is. Links
